and peaceful holiday with no hotels, no loud traffic, no
bustling and noisy nightlife, but sufficient facilities
and amenities to create a relaxed break.
This
spacious two bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the
attractive newly built Paraiso Del Palm Mar complex
in the Palm Mar urbanisation. Split over two floors,
it and offers stunning views across to the Island of La
Gomera and along the coast to Los Cristianos from its
extensive upper Terrace. On clear days
one can see the islands of La Palma and El Hierro and
sometimes see the whales breaching the waves The complex
is designed to ensure privacy and the minimum intrusion
from one's neighbours.
The
lounge area has a cream leather 'L' shaped sofa with side
tables and table lamps and features a dining area. A
television offers satellite connections bringing BBC One,
BBC Two, ITV 1, Channel Four as well as movie and sport
channels. There is also the use of a DVD player and
radio and CD player.
The kitchen/diner benefits from a four ring ceramic
hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer
and is complemented by a dining table. There is
also a washing machine.
Both
bedrooms, one twin and one double have generous fitted
wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower, whirlpool
bath toilet and bidet with an additional cloakroom on the
upper level. The living area and the bedrooms have
ceiling fans that serve to keep the rooms cool in the warmer
weather. Both bedrooms and the living area
are fitted with variable speed ceiling fans.
Each
floor has a terrace area with a safe balcony. The upper
one, offering the sea vista, is equipped with patio furniture,
whilst the lower one is equipped as a sun terrace with sun
loungers. The apartment is only
a few steps away from the pool and a sun terrace that are
also equipped with sun loungers.

by to the apartment complex there are several restaurants
all offering a choice of good English, Spanish, Italian,
Indian, Chinese food at a reasonable prices.
There are four
supermarkets that provide for most needs. The
village has a bank and two cash points, as well a couple of small, friendly bars.
Several places offer internet access facilities. It
is easy to book a wide range of excursions leaving from
the above mentioned parade of shops, as well as arranging
car hire and taxis.
The
beach and promenade are only a short distance away.

from the Airport
Pickup
from the airport (approx 20 mins) can be arranged at a
small extra cost and we can also help with car hire if
you wish to explore the island yourselves.
